Volunteers needed for our July 4, 2026 Fundraiser!
The Salmon Restoration Association’s World’s Largest Salmon BBQ will be celebrating its 55th Anniversary! We are reaching out to the community for your help. This year’s BBQ will be held on Saturday, July 4th from 11:00AM-6:00PM in the South Harbor.
Last year we served over 2,300 meals to raise money for local river restoration projects.
Monies from this year’s BBQ will go to Trout Unlimited’s North Coast Coho Project on Big River. Eleven barriers to salmon migration will be assessed and prioritized for future restoration.
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact our volunteer coordinator by email at: salmonravolunteers@gmail.com with your name and the best way to contact you (phone number or email) and preferred shift you can work. We will try to honor your preferred shift but please be open to having us schedule you where needed. Thank you!
All volunteers must check-in on the day of the BBQ twenty minutes before their shift. You will get complimentary meal and beverage tickets once you are signed into your shift.
There will be two shifts for servers:
11:00 AM to 2:30 (check in by 10:40)
2:30 to 6:00 (check in by 2:10)
